META-Health training can be used to address existing physical symptoms (e.g. migraines, myalgia or allergies), emotional challenges (e.g. fear of flying, fatigue or stress) and META-Health can also contribute to health and prevent diseases. By deepening your understanding of yourself, your well-being and quality of life will improve.
2. How many META-Health coaching sessions do I need?

The number of META-Health training sessions required depends on the customer's issue and the tunnels connected to it. Even one meta-health coaching session may be enough help, but as a reference, about 3-5 coaching sessions are enough to solve a slightly larger case. Remember that in META-Health coaching, the customer has a key role in the awareness of solutions and in adapting their own thinking and behaviour to the benefit of their own health.
3. How quickly can I notice a change in my well-being and health when I participate in META-Health coaching?

Human self-health is changing all the time and therefore changes occur every day, whether we notice it or not. Recovery of human health e.g. for a particular symptom, one realization and a change in the thinking and behavior associated with it can begin. Depending on the case, the visible change may be noticeable quickly or it can take about 2-4 weeks. Bodily changes occur at the cellular level of tissues, and thus larger changes can appear after a few months. The recovery of health is individual and often how you can see the change afterwards after the symptom has not been there for a long time. E.g. after coaching, you will not pay attention to migraines, but after a while you may wonder when you last had it and you will notice that the migraine has left.
4. How META-Health Health Coaching Differs e.g. personal trainer?

Meta-Health Coach doesn't know what your situation is all about in advance, but it's the coach's job to help you realize the relevant things about your health and well-being. So you're the expert on yourself. The coach guides your META-Health knowledge to help the customer find emotional lock themes that will continue to help you clarify your situation. Holistic health involves understanding the impact of body-mind feelings and the social environment.
5. What does META-Health Coaching require of me?

META-Health coaching is easy to start, as the starting situation only requires the customer's interest in your health and an open mind. You know all about yourself, so you already have all the keys to your health. In META-Health coaching, you will learn to listen to yourself and understand why you think, feel, and act in a certain way in a particular situation. In addition to this, you will learn how to change your thoughts, feelings and activities in a way that suits your self, and you will also notice bodily changes. Your body and mind work for your own good, and the tunnelers open one by one in the order you're ready to become aware and handle them. Therefore, there is no need to prepare for coaching in advance.
